Dependent Fee Waiver
Employees who are eligible to participate in the Employee Fee Waiver & Reduction Program may transfer their fee waiver benefit entitlement to an eligible dependent (spouse, domestic partner, or dependent child).
A dependent child* for fee waiver eligibility is defined as one of the following:
- Your child or stepchild who is under 25 years
- A child living with you in a parent-child relationship who is economically dependent upon you and who is under 25 years
- Your child or stepchild who is 25 years or more who is incapable of self-support due to a disability which existed prior to the age of 25
