The plant science degree meets all coursework requirements for the California pest control advisor license. Graduating students can take the exam immediately and earn their license.

From field production to greenhouses, hydroponics to organic, controlled environment, and sustainable methods, learn about the many ways to grow crops.

Turf management paves the way for careers in sports, managing golf courses and athletic fields. Our students have worked at Dodger Stadium, the Rose Bowl, the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum ─ and even interned at the Super Bowl.

Harvest Grapes

Our campus farm includes three vineyards that are harvested annually. The grapes are sent to a winery to be made into Horsehill Vineyards wine, which is sold in the Farm Store.
