GAN for Phishing Email Generation and Detection Presented by DS&AI

In this session the CPP Data Science & AI Club uses generative adversarial networks to create and detect phishing emails to help demonstrate offensive and defensive measures of cybersecurity. DS&AI uses an LLM to create the realistic emails while the discriminator component will employ a neural network for the binary classification to produce a fully-functioning GAN-based system capable of generating and detecting phishing emails to illustrate the effectiveness of AI in understanding and mitigating phishing threats.
