Summer Start 2020

The Department of Education will begin offering teacher education courses through its new Summer Start program beginning May 27, 2020. The new program will help students save time and money by earning their teaching credential in one year. In order to be considered for program admission, interested candidates must do the following no later than February 17, 2020:

1. Use the checklist to ensure all requirements have been met.
2. Apply to Cal Poly Pomona as a graduate student for Summer 2020 through Cal State Apply.
3. Apply to the teaching credential program for Summer 2020 through our website.
