The information below is specific to the State Support Graduate programs at Cal Poly Pomona.  Information regarding costs for programs offered through the Cal Poly Pomona College of Extended University can be found on our College of Extended University program informaiton page.

Cost of Attendance, or a budget, is broadly defined as the average cost to attend Cal Poly Pomona for one academic year, which consists of the Fall and Spring semesters.  Tuition and fees are paid directly to Cal Poly Pomona but represent only a part of your total education costs.  You also have to budget for room and board (housing and food), books, transportation and personal expenses.

The Cost of Attendance budget helps you and the Office of Financial Aid and Scholarships determine approximately how much it will cost for you to attend Cal Poly Pomona, and how much financial aid you qualify for in order to meet that goal.

The figures below represent estimates - your actual costs may differ.  And of course, the amount anyone spends depends greatly on his or her own personal situation and individual choices.
