Biology Professor speaks at "Science on Tap"

Science on Tap is an opportunity for the community to learn and explore the latest ideas in science and technology that are occurring here at Cal Poly Pomona. The first of this quarterly event, held at the local brewery Innovation Brew Works, covered the topic of mosquito-borne viruses such as West Nile Virus and the Zika virus. Dr. Douglas Durrant presented information about how these viruses are transmitted, how they attack the body, and how our bodies respond to these viruses.
