Application For Mentors Now Open


The Achieve Scholars Program (ASP) is now accepting applications for Peer Mentors. Being part of a high-impact practice, such as peer mentoring, is proven to help students graduate and find successful careers. Students Peer Mentors provide leadership and support systems, become well-versed in campus resources, grow their network, interview faculty researchers, and participate in outreach activities. Peer Mentors gain experiences that can be utilized to build their resumes and CVs which can help with graduate school or job applications.

Benefits of becoming an Achieve Scholar include: 

  • Participants will receive a $200 dollar stipend 
  • Dedicated faculty advising, graduate school, and career workshops
  • Experienced researchers and seniors participate in a peer mentor course in the fall semester Friday's 10 am-11:50 am.
