Conference Presentation Award

The Conference Presentation Award recognizes students whose research has been accepted for a conference presentation. The award is intended to cover conference registration fees. The award amounts are

$300 for regional or student conferences
$600 for national conferences
$800 for international conferences

Presentations at SCCUR, the CPP Student RSCA Conference, the CPP CARS, and CSU Research Competition are not eligible for this award.

Fall 2025 Important Dates

Application Review Opening Dates: August 14th, October 1st
Application Review Deadlines: September 14th, November 1st
Faculty Mentor Evaluation Deadlines: September 14th, November 15th
Award Decision Notifications: September 29th, December 1st

Spring 2026 Important Dates

The Conference Presentation Award is accepting applications on a rolling basis for Spring 2026. Applications will be reviewed and the award processed on a bi-weekly basis.
