Conference Presentation Award

The Conference Presentation Award recognizes students whose research has been accepted for a conference presentation. The award is intended to cover conference registration fees. The award amounts are

$300 for regional or student conferences
$600 for national conferences
$800 for international conferences

Presentations at SCCUR, the CPP Student RSCA Conference, the CPP CARS, and CSU Research Competition are not eligible for this award.

Application Review Schedule:

Summer 2023 - Spring 2024

Please note that application deadline, faculty mentor deadline, and award decision notification for each cycle will fall on the first Friday of the month, the Monday immediately following, and the third Friday of the month for the following months: September, November, February, April, and July.

Summer 2023 Important Dates

Application Monthly Review Deadline: July 7th
Faculty Mentor Evaluation Deadline: July 10th
Award Decision Notification: July 21st

Fall 2023 Important Dates

Application Monthly Review Deadline: September 1st, November 3rd
Faculty Mentor Evaluation Deadline: September 4th, November 6th
Award Decision Notification: September 15th, November 17th

Spring 2024 Important Dates

Application Monthly Review Deadline: February 2nd, April 5th
Faculty Mentor Evaluation Deadline: February 5th, April 8th
Award Decision Notification: February 16th, April 19th
