Incoming Freshman and Transfer Students may begin to register for classes after they complete their orientation and academic advising, please refer to the Student Success New Student Registration Guide for more information.

Undergraduate Students

Registration Window

 

New freshman and transfer students will be able to register for their first term of classes at the orientation session that they attend. Students will be able to access BroncoDirect at designated periods during their orientation session. To ensure a trouble-free registration, new students are advised to submit documents required by the Office of Admissions  as early as possible before their scheduled orientation session.

The Registrar’s Office assigns fall and spring term incoming graduate students' registration window as reflected below.  To view your registration window, log in to your BroncoDirect account and click on Student Center under the Student Self Services menu. Please watch this Enrollment Window how-to video to check your registration window. Also, you may view:  How to register for classes. If you have questions about which courses you should enroll in, please do not hesitate to contact your Department Graduate Coordinators. To further assist you in your CPP journey, click on resources and next steps for more information. Check the Class Search for Course Offerings. If you miss this general registration window, the next opportunity to register for classes will be during the term Add/Drop Period reflected below. Visit the Registration Schedule page for more information. 

Registration windows for new incoming graduate students are typically assigned as follows:

  • Spring semester: Mid-October to the end of the Spring Add/Drop period
  • Summer term: Mid-April to the end of the Summer Add/Drop period (Credential and EDD programs only)
  • Fall semester: Mid-April to the end of the Fall Add/Drop period
